Our asset management team at Azuri Real Estate takes an ownership approach, working diligently to add both immediate and lasting value to our collection of properties, which includes both budget and market-rate homes. We take a team-based approach to property management, working closely with our investors, partners and our in-house property management, finance and construction teams to find the most effective ways to benefit our investors and residents alike. Our role and responsibilities. Azuri Real Estate's Asset Management is dedicated to enhancing the value of the many assets in our portfolio. We provide in-depth strategic assessments and implement plans ranging from cash flow management to refinancing, financial restructuring to partnership reorganization, asset sales to property risk management. We’re currently managing over 70 communities with 5,000 apartments worth a total of QR1 billion. In the last two years, we've successfully managed the sale of QR1 billion worth of properties.
